By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below ➤

NON-COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS

- The Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned work.
- All non-commercial use commissions will include a small watermark
- The Artist has the right to post the commission work on social media unless discussed beforehand.
- The client may not profit from the art, sell prints or products.
-The client may not use the commissioned art for NFTs or Al training.

COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS

- Commercial usage requires an additional 100% of the commission price.

GENERAL TERMS

- A single commission might take approximately 3-5 weeks. Timeline will be agreed upon by both parties prior to beginning.- If a client requests a rushed commission, it would cost additional 25% of the commission price.- Both parties understand that Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the proiect completed that is determined by the Artist.

PAYMENT

- All clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable down payment in order to get their commission started.- Another 50% will be due upon finishing the commission.- All payments can be made via Paypal in USD. Please make sure to change the currency to USD in Paypal prior to payment.- Payment can also be made full upfront if the client prefers.

PROCESS

- After the client secures a commission slot, the client must provide a clear idea of the work that they require. All client requests for form, function, file size or design, must be articulated to the Artist prior to work commencing. References (clothing, pose, setting) and detailed descriptions are much appreciated.- The artist will then provide the client with a rate and work will commence after the full or 50% of the payment has been received.- Client will be sent work in progress shots in every stage (sketch, line art, and base colour) before progressing to final render. Please give feedback before artist continues to finish the final piece. Once work has commenced on the Illustrations, no further changes can be made. If further changes are requested, the artist may request additional fees.- High resolution files will be sent to client after the second payment.- The files will sent via Google Drive in psd and jpeg format unless requested otherwise.
